Love it. I can't really critique it overall (I'm not good at critiquing mugshots. :3), but I must say you did an excellent job with the shading, and for some reason, I'm drawn to his eye. The eye is VERY well done, I love the detail of it.

It looks like it's difficult to do but it's actually quite easy, albeit time consuming. It's just layering strokes of ink in the direction that the hair is flowing.
